Limit on Salad Dressing

There’s nothing better for us than eating naked vegetables, afterall, it is a healthy way of getting into shape. Salads are cold dishes consisting of a mixture of raw vegetables and are served with a dressing for flavor. There you go—dressing! Yes, salads are healthy but you’d better watch out for shredded cheese, mayonnaise, croutons, globs and candied nuts incorporated in dressings since these stuffs make salads more caloric than you expect. Even vinaigrette which enhance flavors in salads and yet less expected to contribute to weight gain is also a threat since it is absolutely high in calories. Dieting is certainly not as easy as you think. You should be watchful with what you eat as there are certain innocent-sounding, not-as-fattening-as-you-may-think foods ready to tempt you anytime along the way. Getting bored during the process is a normal scenario but if want to shred extra flabs, better be bored yet body-beautiful… Watch what you eat!
