Deliciously Decadent: Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge

Many people miss out on learning valuable cooking skills while they’re young. If cooking is your heart’s desire, then go for it. Don’t be afraid to face failure because it can serve as a learning path, an experience, or a toll you can use on your journey. To inspire you or ignite your love for cooking, why don’t you try making a delightful treat to start with. Let’s start with something easy before dwelling on to those specialty dishes.

Make this chocolate log filled with soft marshmallows and crunchy nuts! Cut 12 chocolate-covered marshmallows or large white/colored marshmallows into quarters; place in a bowl. Melt 1 cup dark chocolate chips in a double boiler or zap in the microwave until melted. Pour melted chocolate into the bowl; mix with the cut-up marshmallow pieces. Using wax paper or plastic wrap, roll and shape the mixture into a 6-inch-long log, about 2 inches in diameter. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until set. Unwrap the log and roll in 1 cup toasted chopped walnuts. Using a sharp knife, cut into 1/3-inch slices and serve. You can now serve 12 slices.
